Materials & Private Label Solutions

Southern Crest supplies footwear materials, components, bedding and finished-goods solutions for brands, retailers and manufacturers. Our range includes outsoles, sheet materials, stepped soles, wedge soles, pre-cut soles, insole boards, wool sliver-knit lining, packaging and bed-sheet sets—including flat sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases.

Insole Boards

Insole boards for footwear manufacturing, available in standard and custom thicknesses to suit your production requirements.Approximate board size: 1.5m × 1m. Contact us to discuss material options, thickness and minimum order quantities.

Pre-cut Insoles & Wool Insoles

Pre-cut insole boards, available plain or with a sheepskin lining attached. We can cut to your pattern and provide a choice of lining colours to suit your product requirements.

Outsole Sheets

Footwear outsole sheets available in wedge, step-sole and flat-sole profiles. Standard sheets are approximately 1.4m × 0.32m. Custom tread patterns and profiles can also be arranged, subject to minimum order quantities.

Complete Outsoles

Complete footwear outsoles are available in 2cm and 4cm heights with a range of pre-set tread patterns. Custom patterns, sole heights and logo etching can also be arranged, subject to minimum order quantities.

Custom Packaging

We can arrange custom packaging for your completed goods, including boxes, tissue paper, tags and dust bags. Choose packaging colours and add your own branding and logo to suit your product range.

Sliverknit Wool Lining

Available in 350gsm, 860gsm, 1030gsm and 1650gsm weights.
